A digital marketing agency that was running cold email campaigns—practically naked. They didn’t have a CRM and was only using the instantly.ai app, with ‘slow’ manual replies to lead interest (up to 24 hrs) — Lead drop-off at this stage due to slow reply rates was a whopping 37%!
Solution:
- We built an AirTable CRM tailored to their business operations.
- We also built a Speed-To-Lead Automation that tracks replies through webhook, identifies reply sentiment, adds the leads that replied to the CRM, then replies via email with mimicked human behaviour (drastically improving response times)—responses filtered for during and outside business hrs.


Project description:
An advertisement agency that wanted to increase their outbound lead acquisition. They were spending up to $600 USD each month on a VA to manually find leads on Google, then add them to a Google Sheet, before manually writing personalized icebreakers from website information.
Solution:
- We built a n8n Website Scraper Automation that populates and scrapes leads lists with Apollo.io and Apify. It then scrapes the Lead’s website, generates personalized icebreakers with the information, imports Lead information to Google Sheets.
- Client then looks over each personalization before importing to their Instantly campaigns.
Project description:
A NDIS (Healthcare) company that was manually onboarding their participants. They were inputting data for up to 10 documents manually, previously assigning up to 10 hours each time they onboarded a new client (Business Owner’s feedback was “implementation of this automation reduced this process down to 2 hours”).
Solution:
- We built a PDF Text Extraction Automation that takes client referrals, and outputs information into a Google Sheets for data review.
- We also built a Templated Document Generation Automation that takes the reviewed data and generates client specific documents with required fields being filled in automatically.


Project description:
A B2B Import/Export business that was taking up to 2 days to manually draft proposals. Manual follow-ups on invoice collection after project completion — resulting in a shocking 53-days accounts receivable average!
Solution:
- We built a Proposal Generation Automation that takes information which was collected during the sales call, then drafts a Proposal with summarizations on current bottle-necks, identified solutions, and milestones with respective timelines. Updates their CRM with Proposal Link and option to automatically send proposal with Email to potential client.
- We also built an Invoice Follow-Up Automation that runs through current unpaid invoices. Looks through communication history with client (grab potential context for invoice not being paid), then generates contextually relevant draft emails for outstanding invoices.
